February 1st 2015 is national Yorkshire pudding day and we serve a tasty homemade yorkshire pudding with each of our meat & vegetarian choices on the weekly Sunday roast lunch options. The first written recipe was in 1747 by Hannah Glasse, who seasoned her batter with grated nutmeg and ginger.
